About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity with our Client, a Transactional Risk/Mergers & Acquisitions Broker. Our client is seeking an experienced M&A specialist with experience in Corporate/Transactional Law to join their team in Mexico City.
This is an exciting opportunity for commercially minded M&A legal professionals to utilise their expertise in an entrepreneurial and collaborative setting, joining a rapidly growing sector of Insurance.
Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in the M&A insurance market, understanding the unique risks across diverse sectors.
Learn and implement a bespoke, advisory-led approach to broking that's driven exceptional growth across Europe and beyond.
Utilise knowledge surrounding M&A issues in order to effectively evaluate and broker M&A transactional risks.
Develop strong relationships with markets and with market stakeholders.
Continuously develop market understanding of the Transactional Risk insurance space in the US.
What do you need to apply?
Experience at a Law firm, on their Corporate/M&A team.

Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, stakeholder focused environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills and decision making with good analytical, negotiating and numerical skills.
A desire to develop your career within the insurance industry.
Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships.
No previous insurance or broking experience is required.
