Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career
As a Contact Center Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting U.S. healthcare providers by serving as a primary point of contact for patients, insurance representatives, and internal teams. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, call centers, administrative support, or structured operational environments who are looking to grow within the healthcare industry.
You will receive comprehensive training on U.S. healthcare processes, payer interactions, and service workflows. While prior healthcare experience is a plus, it is not required—success in this role depends on strong communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to follow defined procedures while delivering a high-quality service experience.
What you'll do:
-Answer telephone and respond to inquiry, direct caller to appropriate personnel or initiate a triage message for response by medical personnel.
-Record accurate and complete messages when necessary
-Patient registration in medical records
-Schedule and update patient appointments, radiology, and diagnostic tests in accordance with protocol
-Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality
-Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in the performance of work assignments and duties
-Accurately document patient information in the EMR system
-Verify patient insurance information and update billing staff of any changes
-Assist with medical records requests
-Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers, has strong organizational skills, and has exceptional phone skills with native English speakers. This role will require technical skills that we will train them on.
Who you are:
Education & Experience
-Admin or assistant experience
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Proficient in MS Office
-At least 2 years of experience in a field working with English Speaking customers
-Fluency in Spanish and English
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
