AI Agent Delivery Engineer

Job Responsibilities      AI Agent Development & Delivery
Build, debug, and deploy customized AI Agents using low-code agent platforms to meet client requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, AI R&D, and Solution teams to deconstruct client needs, drive implementation, and optimize workflows.
AI Product Operations
Manage daily AI operations: client management, product monitoring, data analysis, feedback collection, and issue resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Product Optimization & Methodology
Extract common needs from client feedback and industry scenarios to drive platform feature iterations. Develop and refine Agent-building methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
Technical Skills
Python programming fundamentals.
Familiarity with large models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
Preferred   :

Experience with agent studios (e.g., Coze, n8n) or Agent Builder workflows.
Soft Skills
Clear logical thinking, strong written/verbal communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented with strong customer service awareness, proactive attitude, and accountability.
Curiosity about new technologies and methodologies.
Language
Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
