Digital Data Tech Lead

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Digital Data Tech Lead to drive the architecture and evolution of our analytical data solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, scalability, and integrity of our data assets while aligning with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business, data, and engineering teams to implement best practices in data engineering and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and enforce technical architecture and development standards across analytics assets (ETLs, dashboards, data models).
Promote the use of modern tools and technologies aligned with business needs.
Participate in project and task prioritization based on business impact.
Drive standardization and documentation of ETL processes and reporting dashboards.
Manage the technical backlog across AdHoc requests, BAU operations, projects, and Level 1 support.
Monitor the performance of data solutions and proactively optimize them for greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Contribute to data governance policy implementation to ensure data quality, security, and integrity.
Technical Requirements:
Strong experience in visual data design and architecture.
Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
Hands-on expertise in ETL/ELT development and Data Ops practices.
Cloud data experience with AWS (preferably Redshift) and Google Big Query.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Proficient in Python for scripting and automation.
Comfortable working with Jira and agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and collaboration.

Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory for global team collaboration.
