Associate Data Engineer

O&M is growing rapidly and is hiring Associate Data Engineers to support our data solutions team. Will partner with our team of data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to maintain, support & deliver products that will help drive decision making.
L2 Support:
Manage and respond to platform Incidents, service requests and managing ITSM process using Service Now following ITIL practices (SLA adherence)
Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checks
Handle critical incidents with timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations
Ensure compliance with data security
Maintain runbooks and SOPs for recurring issues
Creating & maintaining data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories
Establishing data connections, building data health monitors, and analyzing data lineage
Work with the Development Team and translate business needs, challenges and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization and do minor enhancements and bug fixing from time to time.
Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related fields
Knowledge in languages/ frameworks such as Python, SQL, Pyspark, Typescript.
Demonstrated interest in data engineering for data applications with Machine Learning, analytics, or software development.
Preferred
Knowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour and Quiver
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
