PVA Automate Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Develop robust attended/unattended desktop flows in Power Automate Desktop with advanced error handling and dynamic selectors.
Configure gateways, machine groups, and run queues for unattended RPA; schedule and monitor executions.
Integrate PAD with cloud flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, SAP, SQL, and REST APIs.
Implement governance strategies: environment setup, DLP policies, secrets management, and access control.
Design conversational bots in Power Virtual Agents: topics, triggers, variables, entity recognition, and fallback handling.
Connect bots with Power Automate flows and external APIs for transactional processes.
Optimize NLP, track analytics (CSAT, containment), and run A/B testing.
Ensure compliance and licensing alignment for bot usage.
Required Skills
3–5+ years hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows.
2–3+ years building Power Virtual Agents bots with integrations.
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, custom connectors, REST APIs, OAuth/AAD.
Familiarity with ALM, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Agile/Scrum experience.
Advanced English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, SAP automation.
.NET/C#, Python scripting, Git/Git Hub workflows.
