The impact you'll make:
As a Notion Certified Consultant at Parser, you will be responsible for addressing the needs of our teams, designing and implementing improved processes using Notion, and creating comprehensive documentation for our employees.
Engage with teams to understand and analyze process-related challenges
Assess the feasibility and suitability of implementing solutions within Notion
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Document detailed requirements for new processes
Design and build improved processes in Notion, starting from scratch
Set up and configure databases, import and normalize data
Propose and implement appropriate permission structures
Create automations and integrations with other tools (e.g., Slack)
Develop comprehensive user guides for Notion processes and features

What you'll bring to us:
4+ years of experience with Notion, including advanced features and integrations
Notion Certification (required)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation
Experience working with non-technical users and diverse teams
Project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills.
