Power platform

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with a total of 5+ years of programming experience, including 3 years of specialized experience in Power Platform development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, including canvas and model-driven apps.
Create and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of total hands-on experience with a strong understanding of software development principles.
Must have - Minimum 3 years of hands-on strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
Proficiency in developing canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps.

Experience with creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization using Power BI.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
