Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements.
Manage Service Now/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting, and escalation.
Coordinate releases, migrations, and environment maintenance from development to production.
Implement risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies.
Support testing, requirement analysis, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders for billing, reporting, and compliance.
Preferred:

Experience with packaged and custom applications (.NET, Wide Orbit, BTS), SQL/Oracle environments, and release management.
