Junior Technical Project Manager

Role Objective   Support the planning, execution, and tracking of web development projects, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring delivery in terms of scope, timeline, and quality, with a strong operational and technical mindset.

Key Responsibilities    Support the management of web development projects (front-end, back-end, or full stack).
Track backlog, tasks, and deliverables with technical teams.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Provide clear project status visibility to internal stakeholders and clients.
Support the definition of functional and technical requirements.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating them in a timely manner.
Document agreements, meeting minutes, and key technical decisions.
Ensure compliance with development and delivery best practices.

Technical Requirements   1 to 3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Junior PMO, Junior Scrum Master, or similar role.
Technical background in web development, with previous experience as:
Junior / Semi-Senior Web Developer, or
Direct experience working closely with development teams.
Knowledge in at least one of the following:
HTML, CSS, Java Script
Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
REST API concepts
Understanding of development workflows: frontend, backend, deployments, and environments.
Experience using project management tools:
Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, Asana, or similar.

Methodologies & Project Management    Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and task tracking.
Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.

Languages    Intermediate English (able to read technical documentation and participate in meetings).

Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
Proactive attitude and interest in growing into a Mid / Senior Project Manager role.
Fast learner, comfortable working in IT consulting environments.
