Puesto: PROJECT MANAGER
Objective
Ensure value delivery through effective and assertive management of projects, programs and portfolio.

The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for understanding and integrating the different pieces that compose the project/program to provide cohesion, visibility, guidance, and clear status to all layers of the region involved in the project/program.

Define and manage the overall project/program roadmap, ensure time and quality of the project/program, and manage risks, and issues with the corresponding mitigation plan to avoid impacts in the project/program implementations.
Communication and interaction with the different Business Line and Business Unit to have traceability of requests, demands and projects.

Main responsabilities

Project Manager ensures the completion of the project/program/portfolio orchestrating the integration of different teams, solutions, and providers to ensure the success of the project/program delivery.
Managing the scope, schedule, risks, and costs is essential to ensure the work is allocated to the appropriate resources and completed within the defined time and budget.
It requires a professional to organize and elaborate integrated and structured plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and responsible.
Closely monitor all the work carried out by the project team – a crucial factor in identifying, managing, and solving the main problems that arise during the execution of the project.
In this way, the professional can promptly resolve issues, prevent them from lasting until the task is delivered and harming the results, provoke and follow up mitigation action plans to avoid delays and cost increase, manage risks, and issue scalation accordingly.
Define, and obtain the appropriate KPIs and metrics to certify the project/program milestones, deliverables, and integration points status.
Establish clear parameters to track progress and check if it's as planned.
Develop a communication process opened and transparent as possible.
Identify who and what type of information each entity should receive.
Build and update project dashboard.
Lead Project teams and ensure the deliveries and integration.
Identify, understand, and follow the dependencies and integrations of the project/program.
Validate, evaluate and mitigate the project risks and provide visibility.
Align main deliverables and schedule between the different dependencies/integration of the project.
Communicate project status and risks on the master project plan.
Negotiate with the team and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documentation.

- Experience
Experience in Infrastructure and Cloud project management. (Relevant Cloud)
Solid knowledge of Project management (Predictive (Waterfall) and Agile).
Experience between 4 to 5 years in Project Management.
Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, MS Project, and Office package.
Manage big programs like ERP, CRM, Pay Methods implementations.

4. AWS Certified Cloud / Microsoft Certified:
