The Role
You own everything after the sale.
When our founder closes a client, you take over:
Onboard them in 7-10 days (vs 3-4 weeks today)
Manage 6-person service team (2 Growth Managers, Ops, Designer, Email, Paid Media)
Build systems that scale (onboarding, reporting, playbooks, SOPs)
Close upsells with clients (catering, paid media, retention)
Keep clients happy and renewing (90%+ retention)
You're the COO of client operations. Builder + leader, not just executor.
You Are
3-5 years running ops (agency, startup, service business)
Built systems from scratch (onboarding, reporting, SOPs)
Managed 4-8 people (account managers, growth managers, client success)
Client-facing (QBRs, upsells, renewals—not just internal ops)
Thrive in 0→1 (you build the machine, not maintain it)
Obsessed with efficiency (automate everything possible)
Bonus:
Restaurant/food industry, agency experience, marketplace/e-commerce ops
