Service Now Project Manager   Infosys is seeking Service Now Project Manager. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders, Development Team and Subject Matter Experts. Essential

Job Duties include working on complex Service Now deployments, mainly ITOM, but not limited and including (ITSM) Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge and other modules ITAM and HRSD, among others. This PM should be able to interact with the different architecture, platforms, application and infrastructure teams to understand and help in the planning, coordination and support in the design process of the solution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider 7 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience in IT projects, such as Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and Deployment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management, ITIL processes and Enterprise Service Management.
Good knowledge in all aspects of Service Now Applications development and Rest API based integrations with 3rd party applications.
Have in-depth knowledge on various implementation methodology including Agile, SAFE Agile, Scrum based and water fall Models.
Have strong knowledge and understanding of various Risk Management and Mitigation plan and approach.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.
Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment.
Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.

Experience of working with Service Now platform for global customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified System Administrator (CSA) in Service Now.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Now in any module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM...) preferred.
PMP/Prince2 Certification/ Agile Project Management Certification
SCRUM Master Certification
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
