JUNIOR DATA ANALYST
The Junior Data Analyst at The Outloud Group will be at the forefront of turning data into powerful insights that shape the future of influencer marketing. This person is ready to dive right in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact. They thrive on solving problems, uncovering insights, and transforming raw data into clear, measurable results. With proficiency in tools like Python, Google Sheets, and Salesforce, this person is eager to apply their technical skills in meaningful ways.

Turning ad hoc brand requests into data-driven gold
Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation (including working with APIs)
Salesforce, primarily via data queries and exports, to support reporting and analytics workflows
Google Sheets and Excel for data validation, analysis, and reporting
Paid media platforms such as Tik Tok, Meta, and Google Ads, normalizing and incorporating performance data
Cloud-based data environments (AWS/GCP) supporting our analytics stack

2+ years of experience working with data analytics and reporting, ideally in marketing
~ Working proficiency in Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation
~ Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reports using tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms
~ Experience working with CRM data (e.g. Salesforce), primarily through data queries, exports, or integrations
~ Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
~ Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
~ Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a passion for discovering new ways to use data
~ Full-time availability for a remote role (bonus if you’re open to visiting our Detroit office occasionally)
