AI Language Data Specialist

To support long-term LLM development, we are expanding an international team of English language specialists who will contribute directly to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI models.
This is a long-term, ongoing project, not a short-term task-based assignment.
About the Role
As an AI Language Data Specialist, you will work closely with AI systems to help improve how large language models understand meaning, tone, intent, and cultural nuance in English & Italian.
Your contributions will be used directly in the training and refinement of state-of-the-art AI models.
This role is well suited for candidates with strong language skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building long-term experience in the AI and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
Annotate and review English & Mexican language text following detailed AI guidelines
Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and potential model weaknesses
Create or rewrite short text samples when required
Maintain high quality standards while meeting project timelines
Collaborate with reviewers and project leads to continuously improve quality

Required Qualifications
Native or near-native Mexican & English proficiency
Bachelor's degree or higher (all fields welcome; humanities and language-related fields preferred)
Strong understanding of English-speaking cultures and usage
Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and professional availability

Experience in data annotation, content review, writing, editing, or translation
