SAP Functional Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Functional Leader with a specialization in Finance and Controlling (FICO) to join our team. This role involves global SAP responsibilities, requiring a leader who can manage complex, multinational SAP FICO systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Global SAP FICO Leadership:
Lead SAP FICO functions globally, ensuring alignment with international financial processes and standards.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Develop and execute a global SAP FICO strategy that aligns with the organization's financial goals and objectives.
Project Management and Execution:
Manage and oversee global SAP FICO projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and project success.
Business Process Optimization:
Analyze and redesign financial processes and controls to maximize efficiency and accuracy using SAP FICO.
System Configuration and Maintenance:
Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, ensuring they meet global and local requirements.
Cross-Functional Integration:
Work closely with other SAP module leaders and IT teams to ensure cohesive and integrated ERP solutions.
Training and Support:
Develop comprehensive training programs for global users and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO-related issues.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and best practices in SAP FICO usage and data management.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership, across various global locations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in a leadership role managing global SAP environments.
Strong understanding of global financial principles and regulations.
Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a proven track record in a leadership role managing global SAP environments.
Strong understanding of global financial principles and regulations.
Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Carve Out and Financial Calendar change is a must.
