O365 Administrator (Exchange & Teams Focus)
We are seeking a O365 Engineer with 7+ years of experience, who will primarily focus on developing Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Exchange Online architecture in Microsoft 365
Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams
Handle Exchange Online tasks such as mailbox management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Manage mail flow, connectors, and transport rules
Configure anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing policies
Manage retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscovery
Perform advanced message tracing and diagnostics
Maintain and support the Teams environment, including channels, permissions, and policies
Support additional M365 services such as One Drive and (nice to have) SharePoint Online
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security configurations in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Qualifications & Requirements
7-10 years of experience as an O365 Administrator or in an IT support role
Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS‐900, MS‐100, MS‐102) required
Solid understanding of Exchange Online (administration, permissions, retention, troubleshooting)

Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and end‐user support
Familiarity with One Drive for Business and the broader Microsoft 365 suite
Hands-on experience with Power Automate is a plus
Basic understanding of Power Shell scripting, Power Apps, Service Now, and Power BI is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‐solving skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with SharePoint Online administration
Knowledge of Intune, Defender for Office 365, and compliance policies
Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments
Basic scripting experience in Power Shell for automation
