Sliick is a modern at-home hair removal brand delivering professional waxing results with elevated branding, education, and simplicity. Sold nationally across retail and ecommerce, Sliick is redefining the at-home waxing category through performance and cultural relevance.
Together, these brands offer a rare opportunity to lead digital strategy across two distinct go-to-market models:
Walmart-exclusive retail and national omnichannel distribution.

The Role
We're looking for a data-driven, digitally fluent Digital Marketing Manager to own ecommerce and digital performance across Salon Perfect and Sliick. This role leads strategy and execution across Amazon, DTC, , and retail partner platforms, with full ownership of digital budgets and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate understands beauty consumer behavior, digital shelf excellence, and performance marketing, and knows how to translate brand vision into disciplined, high-impact digital execution.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon &  Strategy
Lead and optimize brand presence across Amazon, , DTC, and retail partner platforms
Own PDP excellence: SEO, A+ content, imagery, reviews, and copy, tailored by retailer
Partner with Sales and retail media agencies on co-op media and promotional campaigns
Track and report digital shelf KPIs: share of voice, conversion, search rank, content health, and in-stock
DTC & CRM
Own the DTC content calendar and onsite user experience
Drive conversion through merchandising strategy, CRO testing, and UX optimization
Lead email marketing strategy (flows, campaigns, segmentation, performance analysis)
Support SMS, loyalty, and sign-up acquisition to grow first-party data and repeat purchase
Budget Ownership & Performance Marketing
Own and manage digital marketing budgets across both brands
Partner cross-functionally on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and paid search
Collaborate with Social & Influencer teams on paid amplification and creator-led campaigns
Optimize spend against KPIs: ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, AOV
Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to guide future investment
Digital Marketing Calendar & Planning
Develop and own the annual digital marketing calendar for both brands
Align digital initiatives with product launches, retailer moments, influencer campaigns, and seasonality
Maintain cross-functional visibility and alignment on priorities and timelines
Continuously optimize plans based on performance data and business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Product Development, Social, and Sales
Ensure digital strategy supports launches, influencer activations, and retail priorities
Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders for cohesive execution
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
4–6 years of digital or ecommerce marketing experience (beauty or CPG strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, and content syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo)
Working knowledge of Meta, Google, Tik Tok Ads, and email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and reporting

Experience with retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) is a plus
Passion for beauty, trends, and culturally relevant marketing—especially Gen Z & Gen Alpha
English level - C1
