Logistics Specialist

Are you passionate about logistics and supply chain excellence? We are looking for a   Logistics Specialist   to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of finished vehicles to our dealer network. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to the success of our operations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement in planning, sustainability, and service quality for vehicle delivery to the national dealer network.
Lead and coordinate activities with suppliers to ensure quality in shipments, storage, and handling (damage-free operation).
Manage and complete the importation process of finished vehicles.
Evaluate transport and yard suppliers’ performance to ensure operational excellence.
Monitor and resolve operational exceptions.
Handle dealer claims related to transport damages according to root cause analysis and insurance policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, or related field.

Languages:

Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Experience:

3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or related fields (OEM or automotive industry experience is desirable).
Technical Knowledge:
International trade, transportation & distribution, supply chain, logistics.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English skills for documentation and reporting.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify inefficiencies, adapt to operational challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external logistics suppliers.
