We're expanding our Inside Sales team and hiring a true A-player — someone relentless, accountable, and ready to perform at a U.S. level.

The Role
This isn't a 40-hour-a-week job.
Some weeks run long, some nights run late.
If that scares you, this isn't your seat.
You'll be the driving force behind three Outside Sales Reps, managing communication, follow-up, and customer experience from first contact to production hand-off.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and follow-up leads through calls, texts, and emails.
• Prepare complete, accurate hand-offs to the production team.
• Keep the CRM spotless — no missing notes, no dropped follow-ups.
• Deliver a customer-first experience that builds trust and loyalty.
• Use a consultative, curious sales approach (NEPQ style — never pushy).
• Re-engage missed appointments and recover lost opportunities.
• Partner daily with Outside Reps and leadership to keep the pipeline moving.

• Base Salary: USD $30,000 per year
• Commissions & B onuses:
Up to USD $20,000 additional (≈ $50,000 total potential)
