Job Responsibilities (Project):  1. Sales and business development:
Promote local sales of BESS to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration and reporting:
Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.

Job requirements:

1. Sales expertise:
Have at least 3 years of successful sales experience in energy storage systems, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in projects sales.
2. Strategic planning:
Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Have deep project management experience and rich resources in EPCs and Kas.

2.Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
4.Collaboration and reporting:

Job requirements:

Have at least 2 years of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems, and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
2. Strategic planning:
Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Have deep channel management experience and marketing resources;
