We are a fast-growing K-12 SaaS education startup backed by global funds such as 6 Degrees Capital (UK), Heartcore (Denmark), and Shilling (Portugal). We're now looking for a Senior BDR Manager to help us expand even faster, by opening new relationships, qualifying high-potential leads, and driving top-of-funnel growth across Mexico.
As Senior BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying high-value business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact between Luca and schools, educational groups, and key decision-makers.
This role is critical to scaling a predictable and repeatable revenue pipeline, improving lead quality, and laying the foundations for a strong, scalable go-to-market engine.
️ Own top-of-funnel sales: qualifying, advancing, and building relationships with schools and school groups across Mexico.
Work leads provided by our outbound team, and also source your own pipeline through referrals, cold outreach, and field relationships.
Serve as one of Luca's first commercial touchpoints — delivering credibility, trust, and value from the first meeting.
Potential to help mentor or manage junior BDRs as the team grows.
Travel to meet schools across CDMX and EDOMEX and get them onboard!
¿ You bring 6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales, ideally in both prospecting and closing roles.
You've consistently been a top performer:
You communicate with clarity and polish, and can represent Luca credibly to senior stakeholders.
Bonus: you've worked with or inside startups with international culture, pace, or expectations, even if based in Mexico.
6–10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales.
~ Track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance.
~ Driver's license and access to a car; open to frequent travel within CDMX and EDOMEX by car.
