Pentair is currently seeking a Territory Account Representative to grow revenue in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. Reporting to the Latin America Sales Leader, the candidate will be responsible for executing a Sales Growth Strategy to leverage Pentair's hygienic components and quality control equipment within the Industrial business.
The position requires strong knowledge of the local Food and Beverage markets.
The role involves a high level of customer-facing interaction to influence project product specifications and drive growth through our distributors. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, high positive energy, and a passion for working collaboratively as part of a large team while living Pentair's Win-Right values.
You Will:
Achieve the region's sales growth plan and key sales objectives.
Provide sales and market updates and forecasts.
Coordinate all sales activities to address customer business needs using product strategies, working cross-functionally with distributors and the Pentair team.
Develop and maintain strong account relationships built on trust, helping to identify new value-added opportunities.
Capture market and industry trends.
Cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure strong brand loyalty.
Attend local and international market-focused conferences and trade shows.
Adhere to all corporate policies.
Be available to travel approximately 50%–75% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in technical B2B sales.
5+ years of experience in the food and beverage markets (strongly preferred).
Knowledge of industrial processes and the ability to read and interpret P&IDs.
Native Spanish proficiency.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proven success in a sales representative role.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, verbal, written communication, and persuasion skills.
Legal documentation required for domestic and international travel.
Experience in key account management and sales through distribution channels.
Knowledge of hygienic and quality control applications within the target markets.
