The  Senior ME and Maintenance Manager,  integrally manage the areas of Process Engineering, Maintenance, Testing, Automation, NPI (New Product Introduction), Facilities, and Industrial Engineering, ensuring the efficient, safe, and competitive operation of the SMT (Surface Mount Technology), PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), and Final Assembly manufacturing areas, as well as facilities and services.

To drive continuous improvement and technological innovation through the optimization of production processes, the implementation of automation solutions in final assembly, and the strengthening of equipment and infrastructure reliability.
To ensure the correct introduction of new products and technologies, the reduction of operational and cycle costs, compliance with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IPC), as well as the alignment of engineering strategies with the organization's global objectives for productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability."

Process Engineering:  Standardize and continuously improve the SMT, PCBA, and Final Assembly manufacturing processes.
Maintenance and Reliability:  Oversee preventive, predictive, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) maintenance strategies. Automation:  Promote automation in final assembly and testing.
Talent and Culture Management:  Develop and retain technical and leadership talent. Understand the general terms required by IATF 16949 and understand the general terms required by ISO 14001 (Environmental Policy, Environmental Objectives, Environmental Aspects, Significant Environmental Aspects, and Operational Control).

Advance English.
~ Bachelor´s degree on mechatronics, electronic engineering or related. (MBA on Manufacturing Engineer desirable).
~ Proven leadership experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance.
~ Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes (SMT, PCBA, functional testing) and automated lines.
