About the role:

This role supports trade marketing activities and drives growth and capability initiatives across Gulf markets

• Manage and coordinate National Promotion Plans
  , Key Account Promotions, In-store Activations, POSM projects, sampling activities, sponsor ships, events, and NPD listings.
• Lead strategic initiatives
  :
  Customer & Portfolio Segmentation, Execution Standards, Playbooks, SHELFR & NIELSEN insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Regional Winning Plans.
• Provide business support
  :
  Identify growth opportunities, partner with DTMM Gulf, and represent Riyadh HO in decision-making.

• Ability to convert insights into actionable strategies using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent presentation and meeting management abilities
• Hands-on experience in portfolio management, business campaigns, pricing & cost management, and data-driven strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Fluency in English
