Your Role:
You will provide high-touch, "concierge-level" support that blends business operations with lifestyle management:
Market Ambassadorship:
Act as the face of PACO, navigating local social codes to build trust with affluent professionals and busy parents.
Advanced Calendar & Lifestyle Logistics:
Managing complex schedules that involve both corporate boardrooms and family relocations.
Research & Relocation:
Serving as the local expert for home management, school enrollments, and Spanish services.
Efficiency Operations:
Using AI and tools like Notion/Trello to streamline workflows.

Native Spanish and fluent English are mandatory. (Portuguese is a plus)
