We’re Hiring:
Legal Support Specialist – Pre-Litigation Support (LST)

We are seeking a  Legal Support Specialist – Pre-Litigation Support (LST)  to join our team remotely. This role is critical in ensuring case files are accurately prepared, properly organized, and compliant, supporting Case Managers in early-stage workflows.
As part of the LST team, you’ll focus on precision, consistency, and execution of intake-level and administrative tasks, contributing to workflow continuity and operational growth.

Schedule:

Remote position
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake-level case setup in Smart Advocate
Request and track police reports and investigative documents
Upload, label, and index documentation per firm standards
Draft and send standard correspondence using templates
Execute Work Plan tasks with strict compliance
Flag missing or inconsistent information to Case Managers
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic files
Collaborate with IT/onboarding teams for system readiness

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in legal support, intake, or administrative workflows
Personal Injury experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/document handling
Familiarity with case management systems (Smart Advocate preferred)
Ability to follow structured processes and checklists
Professional communication and organizational skills
Tech savvy and comfortable with standardized workflows
