About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Property Management Coordinator to support daily operations of a fast-paced real estate management company.

This role involves tenant communication, lease coordination, application processing, maintenance follow-up, and general property administration. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks in a remote environment. U.S. Eastern time availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process tenant applications
Coordinate leases, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
Communicate with tenants and brokers via phone, email, and portal
Manage maintenance requests and coordinate vendor follow-up
Maintain vacancy tracking and update property listings
Update tenant/property records in property management software (e.g., Rent Manager)
Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate

1+ year of office or administrative experience with customer service exposure
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking with tenants, brokers, and vendors
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools
Fast and accurate typing (50 WPM preferred)

Experience with property management software is a plus
Reliable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Spanish fluency is a plus
