Personal Assistant to Director

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. This fully remote role requires exceptional communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications on behalf of the Director.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries when required.
Conduct online research and compile reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks.
Track deadlines, projects, and ongoing commitments to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and digital filing systems.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support operational processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting C-level executives, founders, or senior leadership.
Experience working in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with project management and productivity tools such as Asana, Trello, Click Up, or
Additional language skills are a plus.

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm CST
Location:
Fully remote on camara
Salary: 750 USD / 15000 MXN after 3 months salary revision
