We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the Founder — a versatile, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can manage a broad range of responsibilities with confidence and discretion.

The role
This is a senior support position at the center of our operations, combining office management, business administration, accounting coordination, and direct executive assistance to the Founder.

What we're looking for
Full fluency in English, German, and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or business administration
Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize independently
