UX​/UI Designer

We are an international creative and tech agency based in Barcelona, specialised in web and app design, branding, and digital strategy.

We are looking for a  UX/UI Designer  to take a key role on the creative side — shaping design direction, delivering high-quality interfaces, and working closely with our Creative Director on ambitious projects for international clients.

This is not a production-only role. We are looking for a designer who enjoys thinking, proposing, and improving design solutions — not just executing briefs.

Responsibilities:

WEB DESIGN
Design stunning, interactive and functional websites based on client needs
Implement UX/UI best practices and collaborate with the development team
Research design trends and ensure final designs align with client briefs and brand guidelines

BRANDING
Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, packaging and branded materials for merchandise
Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns, such as Google display banners, social media visuals, newsletters, and promotional materials

WORKFLOW

Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
Collaboration with the Creative Director
Work with the project manager to ensure scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Min 4–5 years of experience designing websites/apps with a strong focus on UX/UI
Solid knowledge of Web Flow design
Familiarity with Figma for design and prototype
Strong understanding of UX principles, including wireframes, user flows, and user journeys
Solid skills in typography, visual composition, and color
Knowledge of Motion and 3D is a plus (e.g. Blender, After Effects, Spline, Rive, GSAP)
B2 in English OR Spanish; other foreign language is a plus
