Digital designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience creating high-volume digital assets across multiple markets while maintaining strong brand consistency.  

Fluent English is required as part of this role.

✍️  WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?  ✍️
3+ years of experience  as an in-house Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
Strong proficiency with  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects .
Solid understanding of  digital advertising formats, platform specifications, and creative best practices .
Strong knowledge of  design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling .
Experience working with  design systems, component libraries, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools .
Proven experience creating and adapting creative assets for  multiple markets and geographies .
Ability to balance  global brand consistency  with local market adaptation.
Fluent English  (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Design and adapt high-quality  digital advertising creatives  for multiple channels and international markets.
Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines while tailoring content to local audiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Manage several concurrent creative projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Iterate and optimize creatives based on  performance insights, feedback, and A/B testing results .
Deliver  pixel-perfect designs  across all digital touchpoints.
Support the continuous improvement of creative assets by applying best practices in digital design and user engagement.
Contribute strategic creative ideas that help maximize campaign performance while preserving brand integrity.
