Product Designer

We're looking for a  Product Designer  to join our Product team and help shape seamless, intuitive digital experiences across our B2C consumer app and B2B partner management tools.

Reporting to our Lead Product Designer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of product design work, from understanding user needs through research to shipping polished, high-fidelity UI with engineering. Research is a core part of this role—you'll help bring user insight and data into everyday product decisions as our research practice grows.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Product Design:  Own the design process for features and everyday product improvements across our B2C app/web and B2B tools, from understanding the problem to shipping with engineering.

User Research & Insight:  Plan and run user interviews and usability tests, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and turn findings into clear product decisions. We are building our research practice and you will help shape it.

High-Fidelity UI & Prototyping:  Craft polished, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma that you can test with users and defend with stakeholders.

Independent Day-to-Day Delivery:  Resolve everyday product work on your own, using our existing design system components and flagging gaps to the design team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to define requirements and ensure smooth developer handoff.

Data-Informed Decisions:  Use product analytics and user feedback to continuously improve existing features.

The Skills You Bring

End-to-End

Experience:

4+ years as a Product Designer (in product-led scale-ups, marketplaces, or design agencies), with a portfolio showing end-to-end shipped work across mobile and web.

Two-Sided Ecosystems:  Prior experience or strong familiarity working with two-sided platforms (marketplaces, ticketing, events, hospitality, mobility, travel) or combined B2C and B2B applications.

Research & Data:  Hands-on experience running interviews and usability tests, synthesizing findings, and using data to guide decisions. You can clearly demonstrate how user research changed a product decision.

Pragmatic Mindset:  Comfortable operating where formal research practices are still maturing, taking initiative to introduce simple, effective research methods.

Visual & Interaction Design:  Strong visual eye (typography, layout, micro-interactions) and advanced Figma skills (auto-layout, prototyping).

Working with Design Systems:  Comfortable leveraging an existing design system to ship work independently. You don't need to build or govern one.

Cross-Functional Communication:  Fluent English with excellent communication skills; able to articulate design rationale clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
