Palma Coliving is redefining the future of flex-living, boutique coliving, and hybrid hospitality. With 300% revenue growth in one year, 4 boutique properties, and a growing community of digital nomads and entrepreneurs, we are now entering a new expansion phase.

Our Mission?
To scale from 200 to 700 rooms in the next 5 years, backed by a €10M real estate acquisition credit line & €2M operational funding – and ultimately, to launch a €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund.

Your Role:
We’re looking for a high-caliber Head of Real Estate Investments & Capital Raising to secure funding, expand our investor network, and drive strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and institutional funds.

️ Strong network in family offices, private investors, and real estate funds
️ 10 Years+ Proven experiences in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management
️ Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations
️ Passionate about flex-living, boutique hospitality, and innovative real estate models
️ Entrepreneurial mindset, deal-maker, and results-driven
