Your Mission
We are looking for an Purchasing Associate to support the development and implementation of new products and experiences across our international locations.
Reporting to the Innovation & Product Launch team, you will play a key role in coordinating suppliers, tracking projects, supporting sourcing initiatives and helping ensure successful product launches from concept to implementation.
What You’ll Do Product Development & InnovationSupport the research of new products, materials and suppliers.
Coordinate product samples, testing activities and validation processes.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with different teams to support the development of new products and experiences.
Maintain daily communication with national and international suppliers.
Request quotations, compare proposals and support supplier selection processes.
Coordinate supplier activities related to production and deliveries.
Monitor timelines and proactively follow up on pending actions.
Support negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
Support the planning and execution of product launches across all AIRE locations.
Manage purchase orders and launch-related requirements.
Coordinate implementation timelines and rollout activities.
Ensure stakeholders remain informed on project status, milestones and dependencies.
Track project plans, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
Prepare reports and provide visibility on project progress.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
Experience & Background
2-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, operations, product development or similar areas.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously within structured timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations or a related field.
Fluent in
English and Spanish
(both written and spoken).
High level of

Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
