Accounts Payable

Fonctions:
Accounts receivables
Maintain Accounting Customer master data
Post incoming customer payments in SAP
Ensures application of accounting policies and procedures for AR, down payments or write offs
Monitor customer open items
Perform collections activities as per defined SOP, focusing on timely collection of AR and the minimization of write-offs
AR reporting – monthly or biweekly calls on AR and down payment situation
Investigate, communicate and coordinate internally (local finance team, back office sales and service managers of different countries) and with customers to resolve timely open issues in AR and Collections
Ensure dispute escalations are properly handled
Identifies and implements improvements in the areas of Credit & Collections
Performs the region strategies to reduce DSO while maintaining customer satisfaction
Accounts payables
Maintain vendor master data accurately
Process vendor invoices including verification, coding (GL accounts, cost centers, tax VAT codes, etc…) and obtain proper approval according to the Delegation of Authority
Take responsibility for all queries (internal and external) relating to vendor invoices and solve problems to ensure invoice correct data and quality
Maintains inter-company accounts and performs reconciliation of differences for month end procedures
Monitor vendor open items
Execute payment runs in SAP
Ensure proper electronic recording of vendor invoice documentation

Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance
Min 3 years in similar position

Languages:

English, Spanis AND Italian, French or German Dutch / Swedish
SAP FI/CO
