Media Markt Saturn Global Business Services Spain is the international financial hub that provides services to the countries within the Media Markt Saturn Retail Group. Our mission is to offer administrative, accounting, financial, and other cross-functional services to the different companies of Media Markt Saturn Retail Group across Europe. Mission

Manage the accounting cycle and administrative Accounting processes of Media Markt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.

Tasks

/ Coordinate and distribute the tasks for the team ensuring maximum efficiency.
/ Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
/Facilitate payment of invoices
/ Daily invoice posting in SAP VIM
/ Tickets resolution via Cherwell
/ Maintenance and cleaning of transitory accounts.
/ Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis

Requierments

/ A completed degree in finance administration or comparable training.
/At least one year of experience in thesimilar role.
/ Advanced Office and valuableknowledge in SAP FI.
/ Advanced written and spoken English.
/ Ability to adapt to different workrhythms, proactivity and communication skills.
