What You'll Do
As an L4 Frontend Software Engineer, you will act as a technical leader driving frontend strategy, architecture, and execution across teams.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, user-facing applications using React and Type Script.
Define and own scalable frontend architectures, including reusable component libraries, shared design systems, and frontend standards.
Translate complex product requirements and detailed UX designs into performant, accessible, and intuitive web experiences.
Lead technical decision-making and help define the long-term frontend roadmap for your domain.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend, Data, and ML Engineers.
Proactively optimize applications for performance, accessibility, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Mentor senior and junior engineers, set a high bar for code quality, and promote best practices in testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Partner with backend teams to design and consume REST and Graph

QL APIs.
Act as a force multiplier by enabling and unblocking multiple teams through architecture, tooling, and technical leadership.
What You'll Need
8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in frontend development.
Strong mastery of React and the modern React ecosystem (Hooks, Context, Redux/Zustand).
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/Type Script, HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, CSS Modules).
Proven experience designing and scaling frontend systems across teams or domains.
Hands-on experience with frontend tooling such as Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong focus on user experience, performance, and accessibility.
Experience consuming Graph

QL APIs (e.g., Apollo Client) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
Experience leveraging modern IDEs and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot) to improve developer productivity.
