Remote Technical Team Lead

We are searching for an exceptional Remote Technical Team Lead to join our client’s dynamic software development startup. Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white‑label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well‑funded operation and a team of over 200 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.

• Designing and developing high‑load services from scratch
• Identify problems in application code and form refactoring tasks, decompose story and tasks
• Tech debt structuring and management
• Conducting code review
• Analysis of product requirements, design of development plans
• Constant interaction with Sub‑Stream software engineers, technical support, project managers and other stakeholders to optimize processes and improve product quality
• Responsibility for product quality and reliability
• System technical analysis and elimination of bottlenecks
• Improving system stability under heavy loads

• Strong knowledge of Go (8.0+), unit, integration and feature testing
• Minimum 3 years of commercial development on Go in the last 4 years
• At least 3 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, application architecture and database design, experience applying SOLID, DRY, KISS and other principles
• In‑depth experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, understanding of Twelve‑Factor App principles
• In‑depth experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with any message broker (NATS, Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ, etc.)
• Experience with Redis
• In‑depth experience with relational databases:
  Postgre
  
  SQL and/or MySQL
• Experience with observability: logs and metrics collection, application profiling and tracing, error collection with Sentry, visualization with Grafana
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ready to work on Mac or Linux
