QA Engineer - Betslip Team

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a QA Engineer looking to make an impact in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment? Join our Sports book Betting Domain and become part of the Betting team at Leo Vegas Group, where you’ll help shape and enhance our betting capabilities. Your work will contribute to delivering a secure, seamless, and engaging experience for customers across all our brands.

In this role, you will support the development of our Sports book platform by designing effective tests and defining clear testing scopes aligned with business needs. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with skilled Java and Type Script engineers, along with other QA specialists, to deliver high‑quality solutions for a reliable and engaging betting experience.

• Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for backend and frontend components
• Identifying opportunities for automation across the betting flow and contributing to their implementation
• Supporting the design and maintenance of automated tests (API, UI, E2E)
• Collaborating with developers and QAs to define testing scope and ensure adequate test coverage
• Executing manual and automated tests as part of the development lifecycle
• Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Contributing to improving test processes, reliability, and overall product quality
• Communicating risks and findings clearly to team members and stakeholders

• Experience with backend test automation using Java
• Practical experience with automated API testing
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic understanding of microservices architecture
• Proficiency with test management tools (e.g. Test Rail or similar)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices

• Experience with frontend testing including UI automation tools (Playwright)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of event‑driven systems (e.g. Kafka)
• Experience with performance testing
• ISTQB certification
• Interest in or experience with the iGaming domain

• Proactive mindset - you identify issues and opportunities to improve quality
• Collaborative approach - you work closely with developers, PMs, and other QAs
• Curiosity about the product - you want to understand the betting domain, not just test it
