The Design Expert plays a key role in connecting Sales, Customer and Production teams. Their main responsibility is to guide clients through the configuration and technical validation phase of their projects, ensuring that every element is feasible, accurate and aligned with CUBRO’s quality standards.

This role requires a strong balance between aesthetic judgment, technical rigor and communication skills , with the goal of turning modular configurations into fully customized solutions ready for manufacturing and installation.

Translate commercial inputs into technical drawings, bills of materials and production-ready documentation.

Configure furniture projects using design tools, adapting solutions to client needs.

Ensure technical compatibility of appliances, fittings and installation solutions.

Collaborate closely with the Pre-production team to review materials, construction details and assembly requirements.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

Support clients during the configuration phase, addressing questions related to materials, finishes, fittings and technical compatibilities.

Manage clear, empathetic and professional communication in a fully digital environment (no physical showroom).

Validate the final configuration with the client, ensuring full understanding and approval before sending the project to production.

Coordinate with the Sales team on any required adjustments to maintain overall project coherence.

Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the configuration experience.

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design or a related field.

Experience working on kitchen, wardrobe or bespoke furniture projects .

Strong command of design tools (mandatory); knowledge of Sketch Up, AutoCAD and/or Rhinoceros is highly valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical clarity and client management.

Ability to manage a high volume of projects while maintaining accuracy, structure and attention to detail.

Intermediate to advanced level of English and/or French ; additional languages are a plus.

Based in Madrid .

Experience with parametric design tools such as Grasshopper or Revit .

Interest in AI applied to design , automation and parametric workflows.
