Glovo is a local delivery platform operating across around 65 countries as part of Delivery Hero Group. Its services connect customers, riders, and merchants, supporting delivery operations across food, grocery, and retail.

• Lead design efforts to revamp the order tracking experience across Delivery Hero’s brands
• Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch
• Use research insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results to refine the order tracking journey
• Contribute to and refine the product roadmap
• Prioritize features that drive engagement and improve the user experience
• Apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless experiences
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints
• Advocate for best practices in visual design, accessibility, and interaction design
• Communicate design decisions and align stakeholders across the organization
• Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and user-centricity within the team
• Mentor and inspire others through design expertise and strategic thinking

• 5+ Years of experience as a product designer
• Experience designing complex platforms, with app experience essential
• Experience contributing to design systems
• Strong visual design skills
• User-centric mindset and strategic thinking
• Experience with workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to motivate others
• Nice to have: experience in B2C products, animation concepts
