Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As a Residence Advisor, you will ensure the well‑being and satisfaction of our international students at the EF Language Abroad residences, working full‑time under the Housing Manager.

* This is an on‑site, live‑in position with room provided as part of the compensation package.

• Welcoming students:
  Manage check‑ins/outs to ensure all students feel at home during their stay.
• Room checks:
  Inspect and maintain quality standards for rooms and facilities used by students and staff.
• Emergency support:
  Be on‑call to handle all issues as they arise, with safeguarding and student welfare as the top priority.
• Events and
  
  Activities:
  
  Lead fun on‑campus activities, act as a tour guide, and create unforgettable experiences for every student!
• Teamwork:
  Build strong relationships with staff and students through clear, positive communication.

• Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Spain
• Someone who is approachable and handles challenges with positivity!
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
• All additional languages are a plus!
