Role Description

This part-time Instructor role combines in-person sessions in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexible remote work. The Instructor will design and deliver engaging and interactive training courses, develop course materials, and assess students to ensure successful knowledge transfer. The role involves fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, using the latest tools and technologies to facilitate effective teaching, and adapting methods to meet diverse learner needs.

Collaboration with team members to enhance course offerings and integrate feedback into program improvements is expected.

Qualifications

Experience with curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating training materials
Strong presentation and public speaking skills for delivering interactive and clear instruction
Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Adaptability to hybrid models of instruction and proficiency with digital teaching tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage part-time responsibilities effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adjust teaching strategies for diverse groups of learners
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field is a plus
Experience in technology or related fields is a strong advantage
