Job Overview  Position:
Learning Back Office Expert – Solutions & Operations Excellence Team, Global Contract Logistics.
Responsibilities   Design, develop, implement, and animate learning solutions for the Contract Logistics community.
Develop creative learning content by transforming PowerPoint presentations into interactive e‑learning modules, quizzes, and related materials.
Propose templates and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Create and maintain training schedules and calendars.
Animate the Learning Community, engaging members through platforms such as Teams, Kahoot, Beekast, and whiteboards.
Support management, maintenance, and improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage administrative tasks in the Training Management System (TMS): entry of solutions, sessions, trainee and trainer registration, attendance sheets, training agreements, and creation of administrative files.
Collaborate with the CMA CGM Academy Back Office to ensure learning solutions are correctly stored and deployed across all five regions.
Qualifications   Minimum of 5 years of higher education.
Experience in a training department or training organization, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and reactivity.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital learning tools.
Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English; self‑learning ability and quick assimilation of new content.
Excellent communication skills and efficiency in remote work environments (primarily Teams).
Strong organizational skills.
Desirable   Background in psychology or didactics.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT.
Knowledge of service selling and value communication.
Proficiency in French and German.
