We are looking for a passionate Game Designer to join our dynamic team in Malaga office.

Your mission
You will be critical to the product function, as you will be performing a lead role in ideating Casino/Slot game concepts and themes in collaboration with other game designers and mathematicians.
You will be part of a team in delivering high quality Casino/Slot games to the market by strong collaboration with our game producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and software engineers experts.

What you'll do
Ideate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy.
Hold the vision for the product from inception to release
Pitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.
Collaborate with other Game Designers to keep a competitive games portfolio.
Accountable for the products you create
Participate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).
Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style.
Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products.
As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across our studio(s).
Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.

What you'll bring
3+ years as a Slot Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.
Narrative skills.
A customer-first mindset.
Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.
Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.
A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
A high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability.
