Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager you will be an essential part of the dynamic, fast‑paced team working on innovative puzzle games. Your primary responsibility will be leading the Subpod of Sort Games, overseeing live games production and support for games in development. You will be working closely with several development teams, reporting directly to the Product Director.

Oversee live ops team for Sort Puzzle games, ensuring efficient operations and smooth execution of events, updates, and promotions.

Collaborate with product director and game designers to develop and implement live ops strategy for revenue optimisation and player satisfaction.

Lead live games roadmap planning and global product strategy for the Subpod.

Lead growth strategy for the Subpod working cross‑functionally with marketing and design teams.

Utilise industry expertise to identify market trends and recommend innovative strategies to maximise revenues and stay competitive.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to drive creativity and accountability.

Support upcoming Sort Puzzle titles in terms of Monetisation strategy and long‑term Product vision.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in product management on mobile games or equivalent experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs.

Understanding of live game operations, sales, and event strategies.

Experience of setting up and working with long‑term production pipelines including art production processes.

Game Design background or equivalent experience is a huge plus.

Track record of publishing/working on a successful hypercasual, casual, or AAA title is desired.
