Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet demand and operational goals.
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors and line operators, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Monitor production performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage the production budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
Drive initiatives to improve workplace safety and promote a safety-first culture. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and achieving production targets.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing techniques, and quality control systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Experience working in a remote team environment and utilizing remote collaboration tools is essential.
