For our Loan Management business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a

• You prepare simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective related to loan portfolios across our European target markets. You conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and ratings, ensuring every deal aligns with the bank’s credit risk strategy.
• Together with our Originators you act as a contact for our clients. You are managing relationships for both new business opportunities and our existing international portfolio.
• You take responsibility for CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes, as well as the structuring and monitoring of collateralization.
• You perform ongoing risk and portfolio monitoring to ensure long-term stability and maintain and ensure the quality of all relevant process data within our systems.
• In addition to your operational tasks, you contribute your expertise to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)
• Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking
• Project experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets
• In-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP)
• Business fluent English; additional skills in another European language are an advantage
