You will be part of the Ingredients Business Finance team, where we help our organization to take better, timely and data-driven decisions – through insightful reporting, in-depth analysis, business acumen and process improvement – making our BU´s and company more successful.

As an EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the EMEA Ingredients Regional Finance Leader and the rest of the EMEA Ingredients Regional teams in areas such as but not limited to financial planning, commercial analysis, pricing design and execution, budgeting, capital investment projects, forecasting, working capital analysis and optimization, etc. in a way that contributes to the improvement of business performance, execution of business strategy and company´s results overall.
You will need to develop a thorough understanding of our financial reporting systems and of each BU specific characteristics. You will be responsible for coordinating data inputs and first level analysis. You will gain an ability to have a holistic view, whilst understanding the most appropriate level of detail needed for the different types of financial analysis.
Where You’ll Make a Difference- Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting of sales, gross profit, and RSA costs for the EMEA region
- Support forecasting processes and contribute to improving forecast accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify key performance drivers and actionable insights
- Assist in preparing monthly EMEA regional business reviews
- Drive the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes across the region
- Support pricing strategy design and execution to optimize commercial performance
- Promote cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across business units
- Develop financial and capital investment models to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver impactful financial insights
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in an international environment
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, drivers, and financial impacts
- Advanced technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools
- Proven experience in financial modeling to support business decisions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative team player with high ethical standards
- Experience supporting commercial finance or pricing strategies
- Exposure to capital investment analysis and ROI evaluation
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed financial analysis
